In science, Dynamic Equilibrium is a state of balance in motion:  No force strong enough to hold you back, and none strong enough to push you away from your driven path.  Dynamic Equilibrium is as strong a philosophy of life as it is a principle of physics.  My mission is to help people keep their bodies up to the task whether they are working at the computer for hours, on their feet all day, or climbing a mountain for fun.  Get the most out of life through Dynamic Equilibrium: “Find your balance in motion!”

As a scientist at three of the top biology Universities in the state, and as an athlete and globe-trotting adventure enthusiast, I understand the many different demands of the human body for both work and play.  While your demands at work may feel very different than the strain you put on your body for the fun activities you do to free yourself, there are common threads, and the strains of one affect the other.  Strong, balanced core and postural muscles are the foundation of all of your body’s movements.  Solid nutrition, healthy body composition, and cardio-pulmonary fitness are what back them up.  So many people are plagued by chronic pain and fatigue, sometimes they don’t even notice it because they consider it the norm, the status quo.  But with my philosophy of Dynamic Equilibrium you will see how much more you can get out of life.
