The Lesson:
Not all judges require this sentence. But smart defense attorneys
are driving a truck through DC’s who do not CONNECT the injury
with the accident.

Win in Orange County for VF
Brian Irvine, DC reports a remarkable jury verdict
dependant on VF testimony.
The Plaintiff Kristine Pavlic, is a 37 year-old female flight
attendant, who sustained neck and back injuries in 2004 after her
Honda Civic was rear-ended by another vehicle (full size van).
Her doctor, David Starr, DC brought in Mike Milar DC, a well
known defense IME who referred patient to Brian’s office . Brian
testified that the patient’s instability was demonstrable at
C4-C5.
The pre trial offer was some $6000. The patient’s condition
continues to deteriorate over time. Irvine proved that the bone
spurs were not seen on a prior VF study, confirming traumatic
instability
Kristine’s doctors testified against well known defense ortho
Douglas Kiester, M.D.
The jury was a little skeptical of Kiester. It was revealed that
Keister just testified in 3 cases already in January. Kristine’s
trial took place on Jan 10th and the jury awarded Kristine
$289,884.00.
