Dr. Austin will provide an introduction to the concepts and components of Trigenics. Essentially, Trigenics is about achieving balance, be it sensorimotor or energetic. This is achieved through the application of the unique Trigenics Myoneural Strengthening (TS) and/or Lengthening (TL) procedures. He will explain why Trigenics provides an effective treatment solution to the self-perpetuating weak of tight muscle imbalance patterns outlined by such notables as Janda and Lieberson, and also how it can used holistically to achieve bioenergetic balance by strengthening (TS) insufficient meridians or sedating (TL) overactive meridians. He will cover the wide range of conditions that can be treated using Trigenics and will perform some demonstrations of the treatment.
