CCA has our very own insurance expert, Linda Coltrin,
Serving 14 years at CCA as assistant director of insurance and industrial
relations. Originally, called the CCA Insurance Hotline, it was soon apparent Linda was answering more than just insurance questions, including: medicare, Medi-Cal, insurance coding, scope of practice, legal questions that can be answered without attorney representation, associate problems, attorneys/doctor relations and, of course, workers' compensation requirements and billing.
