You Notes

One of the most over-looked, miscellaneous duties
of the front desk people is to send thank you notes to patients,
attorneys, medical doctors, dentists, or any others who have
referred patients to us.
Whenever a new patient comes in that has been referred by someone,
send the referring person a thank you note.
This is a very important duty. Referrals are the backbone of a
practice growth! We want to let the referring patients know
how much they are appreciated!!! |
