Elings Park

Elings Park is located in the hills above Las Positas Rd, between the 101 Freeway and the beach.  Most locals just call this Las Positas Park (this is how it is labeled in Mapquest and in the Thomas Guide).  Perched on top of one of Santa Barbara's tallest hills, this park is one of the city's scenic treasures. 

Directions:  Take the 101 to Las Positas and turn away from the mountains.  About a mile in turn left into the park.
